Oksana Lutsiuk, MD(Europe), DOMP, received a specialized honors degree MD from the National Medical Universitet (Kyiv, Ukraine) specializing in Orthopedic Surgeon. While studying and working in clinical settings of the Kyiv Clinical Hospital for 18 years, she observed people suffering from different varieties of pains and limitations before and after surgery; and this inspired her to take the initiative to study osteopathy. She continued her education at the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in Mississauga to become a manual osteopathic practitioner and follow her lifelong passion for helping people suffering from musculoskeletal pain and injuries become pain-free and provide them with the best rehabilitation treatment plans. She has done her research and thesis on how osteopathic treatments can help patients with hip joint pain due to osteoarthritis and restore joint mobility through osteopathic joint mobilization techniques, osteopathic muscle energy techniques, and visceral and cranial techniques. Oksana has great experience with the treatment of frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and different types of headaches. She graduated with excellent grades and is a member of the National Manual Osteopathic Society.
